HOW I CAN HELP & BACKGROUND

My Story

Please get in touch to learn about how we might work together to create a more harmonious relationship and/or organization culture. (mcmculbert@gmail.com). I provide a wide variety of conflict resolution services including but not limited to mediation, conciliation, large group facilitation, individual and group consultation, individual and group training, communication skills training, advice and consultation on mediation techniques, training on mediation ethics, and assistance with community mediation program advocacy and services.

Since  1994, I’ve been providing professional mediation services, training and conflict resolution consultation to cities, organizations, courts and the community.  I served as director of one of Loyola Law School's Mediation Programs for over 20 years and have assisted more than 2000 individuals and organizations to resolve their conflicts. (Please contact me for a more complete CV at mcmculbert@gmail.com)

I also continue to advocate for the continuation of community mediation services to indigent communities throughout California by requesting adherence to the spirit and the legislative history behind the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act.  (Please contact me for more information regarding the Legislative History of community mediation in California)

In my role as mediator, trainer, conflict resolution consultant and ombudsperson, I can assist with your conflict resolution needs. I look forward to hearing from you so we can discuss how I might be able to alleviate some of the stress that you may be experiencing due to unresolved conflict.
